This is somewhat true.

An aunt from Malaysia KL commented that if dun take conversion rates, food for example can be bought at $2 onwards in some hawker centres in Singapore.

Whereas she says their minimum is at least from RM$6. These days she say, a bowl of noodles can cost RM$10-12. Ours is S$4-5.

Dollar to dollar without conversion, theirs is very ex for the locals.

Yada-ing.

Thanks for sharing, Bro Mercs 👍

Agree, but to me it's a give n take, should also look at the overall cost of living - housing, transport, medical etc.

Example, earn SGD5K living in SG vs earn MYR5K living in MY, without talking conversion rate for this same amount, what can that get you in terms of standard of living here or there.

Which is why MYsians work here earn SGD - 5K after convert become 15+K can live like king there, vice versa SGreans also love going JB for the same reason -go shop, makan, pump petrol, after convert still cheaper 😁

Yada-ing too 🤣

Thanks for reading bro PSP415 👍🏻

Stay safe

Cheers

According to the stall tau kee is expensive? How expensive it has become until need to charge as meat pricing? Like that if veggies also become expensive, next time cai png stall also can charge it as meat pricing?   [:|]
