Yes I had read that back then I'm some Facebook postings. Rose killed her. To cover up Kate passing palace announced Kate went for surgery and pass away on the surgery table. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Those comments really made me laugh. 

They are saying the x video is deepfake video. "Her eyes brown not straight". Look closely is true. Her eye brown right and left not straight. 🤔

Abdominal surgery can be many tings… thbso, hepatectomy, etc… if it’s uterine … god bless her..

A novice question.

Shouldn't chemo the last resort and start only when cancer is at a late stage?

They would have cleared most of it thru surgery and now target the remnants. 
 

currently CAR-t gives v gd prognosis and im sure she would be in that tx regime

I thought nowadays is chemo then surgery.

The other way is to reduce size perhaps in areas that cud be having collateral damage. 
 

we dunno if she went for any dxt or positron beam.. to reduce size too
