CDL’s net asset value (RNAV) was S$20 per share before the disposal, which netted gains of $400m? Most of their properties are not marked to market. Not too bad lah but therein lies the risk of fx. last high of USGsgd in last 25 yrs was Jan 2002 at 1.84.
