Amorim ‘stunned’ at what he’s witnessed in Man Utd training, as sobering reality sinks in.

It’s claimed Amorim ‘could not believe’ what he witnessed in sessions, with the 39-year-old staggered at the United squad’s ‘lack of speed and intensity.’

‘During the first sessions this week, Amorim was constantly having to tell the players to pick up the pace – and this has continued through the week.’

Ruben Amorim says Manchester United are years away from the title.

That man is a very good manager and knows what he is talking about. We hired the right man.

Erik Ten Hag says Manchester United are years away from the title.

That man is a lousy manager and doesn't know what he is doing. Sack him.

If Ruben Amorim doesn't win anything in the next 3 years.

Man Utd fans will look back at Erik Ten Hag 3 trophies in three years as the golden years.

Why did Erik Ten Hag, David Moyes, Louis van Gaal, José Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjær fail?

Is it because they were lousy managers? Don't have a clue what they were doing?

No way! They were chosen because they were successful, smart, experienced managers who were doing very well at that time.

So why did they fail?

Simple the management above them.

Instead of sacking ETH they gave him 200 million to buy his players.

All the players to suit his 4 3 3 Ajax style of football.

Poor Ruben Amorim stuck with 4 3 3 players will try to turn them into 3 4 3 players.

And he comes in November. No preseason to share his ideas, train and drill them to 3 4 3.

No natural wing backs the key to his system. Super fit to run up and down all day to support the attack and support the defense.

Get it wrong and not enough defenders and other side scores.

David Moyes bought park the bus players and when sacked because of ugly football not the United style poor LVG had to sell the park bus players to buy open attractive football players.

LVG sacked poor Jose had to sell open attractive football players and buy park bus players.

Jose sacked for ugly football and poor Ole had to get his players in.

Now poor RA stuck with basically Ajax lite players wants to play high intensity outrun you football.

I am sure he will succeed because new boss better pretend to work hard lah.

Run and press and give him the intensity.

Then like new staff confirm already just slack off lah.

And get poor RA the sack.

One bright spot for Utd fans is they have one player that can run and can play 3 4 3 and understand high intensity and can press

Manuel Ugarte.

And Utd board of directors keep wondering why they keep failing.

They hired the best mangers and gave them a big budget to buy the best players and still it goes going wrong.

The worst thing for Utd is they had a pressing manager before ETH.

He is the forgotten manager of Utd - Ralf Rangnick.

And he wanted to buy the best young cheapest pressing players in the world for Utd.

Julian Alvarez, Luis Diaz, Erling Haaland Morata, Vlahovic, Nkunku, Josko Gvardiol.Konrad Laimer.

Where would Man City be without Haaland?

Where would Liverpool be without Luis Diaz?

Chelsea and Nkunku

Imagine Amoure could have had all these pressing and Intensity players!

But the Utd board of directors sacked Ralf Rangnick thinking all his players suggestions are all rubbish.

Manchester United should learn from Arsenal.

Arteta joined in 2019 and now 5 years he hasn't won the League yet but they never sack him.

Instead every year they give him more and more money to buy the players that fit his style.

Trust the process.

I love Amore.

Utd scored after one minute.

You can see the genius in playing Amad as wingback.

His perfect cross for Rashford to score.

The rest of the match ETH Ajax players cannot run.

Players confused because not easy going from 433 to 343.

The truth is RVN should have been made manager because his style of football suit Utd players better.

The Dutch style.

Not suited to high intensity press from the front football.
