May I check something with existing owners:

1. how did Jaecoo charge for the first few servicing? I was told by SE that it will be a "couple of hundred". No free servicing at Jaecoo.
2. I assume that servicing for 10 years must be done at Vertex to protect batt warranty?
3. I quite like the J6 or J7, any real world users can comment any drawbacks?
4. ARF - i see that there is ARF like 32k? so not true that one gets nothing back after 10 years?

Thanks

Mines a J7. Bought it when they were offering 10 yr free servicing, 10yr batt warranty, 7 yrs engine warranty, 5 yrs car warranty.

1) mine should be complimentary throughout since I’ve paid upfront in the car cost.

2) should be. All AD behaves the same.

3) i can get 1100km on a full tank petrol and single charge. Tested and proven. I drive about 50km daily and I only visit the petrol station once every 3 weeks. On some days when I don’t feel like using petrol, I will just charge the batt. 1 full charge is about 90km for me.

4) minimum Parf for j7 is about 16k

When you charge it to 100%, and just drive it your normal style in hybrid mode, roughly how many km before the charge drops to say 50%

So the j7 prioritizes EV over HEV, meaning if the battery is more then 25%, it will use EV first, until the SOC drops.

for the hybrid mode, it’s about 20 to 22km/l

I see. But even if SoC is near 100%, if you step accelerator maximum, it will fire up the 1.5 turbo to help? Then go back to sleep and EV again?

I haven’t had the opportunity to floor the accelerator yet, haha. but don’t think it’s required cause the EV component is already quite fast from standstill. It’s 201bhp though
