Yup of course. Depends on how immunocompromised.

Severe HIV is always the worst. Then those who are IC due to ongoing chemotherapy or have haematological cancers. You are probably medium risk bah since you are many years post transplant and healthy otherwise.

It doesn't work well as you get older, that's why 10-20 years ago we stopped BCG booster. 

Basically as long as you are not overcrowded or in close contact with lung TB patients, u should be fine.
