Accent brakes

hi fellow Accent owners , do u guys feel that Hyundai

 

car's brakes feel spongy and got weak braking power ???

 

as compared to my previous cars , this car's brakes feels

 

lousy even if its a brand new car

 

anyone fixed stainless steel braid brake hose on the accent ?

 

care to share effect / price / where to get

 

i want to make my Accent a better car

That was the first fault I found when test driving the Accent.

 

But what to do, no money so just get it and drive carefully.

now i am using syn oil and use alot of downshifts

 

and engine brakes to assist

After a while, you will get used to it and develop a proper following distance so as not to make your heart skip a beat when the car in front sudden stops.

 

I almost forgot about this fault but memory refresh when stuck in a jam.

yeap used to drive one and that is the main complain for this car...spongy brakes with no ABS or EBD...I guess for that price u can't have it all...

Yup, just gotta drive more carefully and slowly

 

i also realise my Accent braking power kinda weak. so now i keep a longer distance from the car infront and also apply brakes earlier
