In term of performance-wise, the smaller the diameter the better?

Can Denso Iridium IK be used in Honda City iDSI?

the smaller the diameter, the lesser the voltage you required to create a spark, as the voltage of your car are constant, the end result you'll get a brighter spark than those on 2.5mm diameter. Also the Iridium can last for about 30k km as compare to copper's 5k~10k km.

Yes, Denso IK20 is used on Honda's i-DSI engine but you'll need 8 plugs (2 set) sweatdrop.gifsweatdrop.gifsweatdrop.gif

I'll PM you sly.gifsly.gifsly.gif

the number 16, 20, 22 are the Heat (temperature) range of the plugs that they can operate on, that's all. most NA cars can use IK16 or 20, some higher compression ratio cars need to use IK20 or IK22 especially T/C or S/C cars nod.gifnod.gifnod.gif

Your car manual will state which is the correct heat range plugs to be used on your car nod.gifnod.gifnod.gif

Don't use motorcycle ones on cars or vice versa. Use the ones for the application. PM Vtim, he got lobang for OWS Ir plugs that is cheaper than Denso or NGK. Good German stuff.

Bro, Can you enlighten about the thread size and reach etc.... normally, I would only hear about the heat range like IK20, IK22 etc..... but what about its other parameters? How are those classified?

Thanks.

bro, current supplier can't supply anymore as they were also caught by the product distributor for selling the plugs over the counter cheaper than the recommended retail price unimpressed.gifunimpressed.gifunimpressed.gif

I'm trying to get another friend to source for me, only diff is than this other friend of my do not sell over the counter, so chances for me getting to sell again is quite good but it won't be so soon wink.gifwink.gifwink.gif
