Carnewb Neutral Newbie December 24, 2005 Share December 24, 2005 the singapore kia forums are very complicated.. one side doenst like the other side.. that's why it's split into 2 different forums, with 2 different groups of supporter... i stop going there coz too much politics
Vit4wd 1st Gear December 24, 2005 Share December 24, 2005 Yes, there's some politics in sgkiaclub (SKC). Joseph, founder of kiaownersgroup (KOG) was formerly from SKC. Then he was asked to leave by the SKC moderator, Ben. He then set up KOG and has had an avid pool of supporters since then, some of whom are from SKC. From my understanding, Joseph is a gentleman who apologised to SKC even though there's no fault on his part. It is more of a tightly guarded power control over at SKC, very protective of their turf. You cannot mention about other car forum gatherings in SKC. Personally, I find KOG a more friendly environment. But some may prefer SKC. It is up to the individual. No offence to both parties please. Mdfaz 2nd Gear December 24, 2005 Share December 24, 2005 oh is it? i didn't know there's such politics in SKC. Anyway i just surf and contribute in SKC for the fun of it ↡ Advertisement
