Soya Supersonic September 17, 2004 Share September 17, 2004 the 'new' elantra is onli a minor facelift. that's why look the same. seen a few cerato sedans on the road. the butt looks kinda heavy and saggy. so far, find the onli korean 1.6 that looks decent is the optra. Cashiertan Neutral Newbie September 17, 2004 Share September 17, 2004 the car dun deserve the 62k pricetag. C&C shld keep it at the same price as the sedan.
Nitrate Neutral Newbie September 17, 2004 Share September 17, 2004 actually hatch versions cost more than sedans... it applies to all brands... like the focus and liana... and hatches are in fact roomier than sedans... however, i dun think people appreciate hatches in SG, thinking that sedans are bigger and more 'thye hong'... which is not the case IMHO... Ic3boi Neutral Newbie September 17, 2004 Share September 17, 2004 I find the rear lamps of the Cerato sedan quite ugly, very large units. I wonder how the hatch's looks like. Anyone can post a foto of the butt?
Silver_blade Turbocharged September 17, 2004 Share September 17, 2004 Yup. Hatches usually have higher OMV, cos it cost more to build (more complex). I find the cerato very handsome in the showroom but not so when it is on the road.
Genie47 1st Gear September 17, 2004 Share September 17, 2004 Strangely, Aveo sedans cost the same as hatchbacks. The only sedan to cost more than the hatchback is the Swift!
Nitrate Neutral Newbie September 17, 2004 Share September 17, 2004 there we go... a peek at the bonnet... doesn't look too impressive i must admit...
Nitrate Neutral Newbie September 17, 2004 Share September 17, 2004 reason quite simple actually... aveo sedan as u mentioned is in fact a 'notchback' and not a sedan... yah man... swift sedan costing more doesn't make any sense at all...
Silverarrow Neutral Newbie September 17, 2004 Share September 17, 2004 (edited) Anyone can post a foto of the butt? Sure! Oops... wrong butt!
