I went to see the car with a friend today. End up me test drive it. The steering feels very light (due to the special feature)overall which I don't like it. When you are at stationery, you can easily just turn it - I think it is designed for ladies. Come to the engine and pick up, the CVT is smooth overall. But when I step harder on the accelerator, I think you have to agree that you are just driving a 1.5 MPV - Altis can do better than this.

I like the spacious interior with ample legroom for driver and rear passenger. The leather seat is very nice with two tones color. The auto tailgate is definitely a plus. Overall, if you are looking for a family MPV to carry 5, it will be suitable. If you are looking for a driver's toy, you may have to consider the turbo version.

Try it yourself, you may have different views. Just my 2 cents here. Cheers

Yes, tailgate is the back door. See pic...

All Colt Plus models are fitted as standard with a power tailgate that facilitates access to the luggage compartment. Operation is by means of a button on the ignition key. An active power-lock mechanism automatically engages the tailgate catch and pulls it firmly shut to prevent the vehicle being driven with the tailgate improperly closed.

No worries ... there is no insurance tag on a MIVEC engine yet. The premium still remains on a Honda brand and a VTI engine or a Subaru brand and a WRX turbo engine sweatdrop.gif

no lah, should hv premium on the TURBO but there is a MIVEC tag fr NTUC though.

I know it cos i'm the 1st to enrol into ntuc and got hell trying to break the ice.

But what I am saying is MIVEC will b expensive to replace. sorry, make it beri expensive to replace.

Even a WRX gearbox only cost $2K, MIVEC is $7, can get sti gearbox liaoz.
