i personally hav tried the permaglass(buy from malaysia). not bad...

Hi Maurz,

Yes, you should be able to get Hi-Glaze88 from the petrol stations. I know Shell sells the 1000ml one for S$36.90. It's more value for money than the smaller bottle. Somewhere in Turf City the 1000ml is sold for S$36.00 I think. wink.gif

Steps before applying HG88.

1. Rinse car

2. Shampoo car [Claybar also if car feels rough/gritty when you glide your hand over it]

3. Dry car

4. Apply a thin layer of HG88 [start from top, and work your way down]

5. Buff off [no need to wait, start from top and work your way down again]

6. [Optional] For extra smoothness, top off with SuperGlaze Teflon High End Polish

7. Step back and admire shine sunny.gif

Steps 1 - 7 can be completed in about 1 - 1.5 hours. nod.gif

Hope this helps. nod.gif

I still prefer using arm power...nod.gif Also partly coz I'm worried about swirl marks if not done properly when using orbital buffers. sweatdrop.gif

Coz when I apply, its in longish strokes..and in the direction of airflow over the car. It can be done quite quickly actually. wink.gif

I've been mixing the HiGlaze88 in my wash since years ago when I saw this product being launch in the Car Show (back in early 90's) wink.gif If my car is very dirty, I just add 2 to 3 capful into my shampoo wash, 1 to 2 capful if the car is not too dirty sly.gif

However, after adding the HiGlaze88, you will see that there isn't much foam in your shampoo wash but rest assure that you can still feel the 'soapyness' of the shampoo wink.gif Only one think is that, don't do the wash under the hot sun & also not when the bonnet or any surface of the car is hot, eg. park under hot sun for a few hours before you wash.

After washing, you'll find that the dirts will roll off the surface of the car together with the shampoo thumbsup.gifthumbsup.gifthumbsup.gifthumbsup.gifthumbsup.gif. Immediately after that, rinse off the car with another pail of clean water nod.gif
