Dear car owner, Just wanna share something my friend told me. Dunno is true or not. Maybe you guys can share and advise more info ???? Did you guys realise that there are those claim original oil filter in the market??? Recently there are ppl post fake Toyota ATF in this forum. So hopefully more ppl will be aware. Quite strange. 100% Genuine Toyota Oil filter is made in Thailand and those claim to be original Genuine is from Japan. Point to check. 1) you can see some lubricate on the oil ring (ususally is black with white spot on it). 2) smell the hole in the centre, you will smell some lubricate smell. It may just cost you $2 to $3 more for the 100% Geniune Toyota Oil Filter. Dunno this apply to other brand as well -
As reported in today ST. KL will have a street line with shopping centers and look alike our own Orchard Road shopping belt. I wonder if they feel threaten as our IR and Universal Studio opening soon. They are opening a shopping belt to lure over the tourist. Might be in years to come, one smart alex will claim that theirs is the orginal & SG Orchard Rd copy theirs just like the 'chicken rice' & Bak Kut Teh saga.........
