According to Secular Talk, Mohammed Abad from Edinburgh, Scotland, lost all of his genitals when he was hit by a car and dragged 600 feet (about 182 metres) at just 6 years old Thanks to science, he is now able to get a new lease of life -- and sex. Currently 43 years old, Abad was given an 8-inch bionic penis by surgeons at University College London in an 11-hour long surgery. Three years ago, doctors had begun using skin grafts from Abad's arm to create a new penis for him. Apparently, when he needs it to be erect, he switches an "on" button. It is inflated with fluids from an implant in his belly. "When you are finished you press another button. It takes seconds. Doctors have told me to keep practising," he told The Sun.
