Yahoo news: Teenager sentenced to life for killing of mother A South Texas teenager has been sentenced to life in prison for murdering his mother and then defiling her body. A Nueces County jury took less than an hour in deciding the life sentence for 18-year-old Kevin Jazrael Davis, who pleaded guilty earlier in the week to killing Kimberly Hill. Davis smiled at jurors during the murder trial that heard how he struck his mother, Kimberly Hill, about 20 times with a hammer before sexually assaulting her corpse. "Guess I lost my virginity to a dead corpse," he chillingly told detectives during the investigation. "I wouldn't take back what I did. I did love her in a way." Davis told investigators to that he deserved 100 years behind bars after claiming he wasn't mentally disturbed. "I'm a terrible, disgusting person," he said. "I don't have standards. I don't have morals. A body's a body. A piece of meat." According to police, Kimberly Hill was choked with a cord and stabbed in the head before finally being killed with a hammer. The Corpus Cristi Caller Times reports that her son had 'grown weary with life and hated other people' before he snapped and murdered her. The Corpus Christi Caller Times reported that the teen told investigators he's sane and was aware of his actions in March.

Ever heard the expression "A face only a mother could love"? I think it aptly describes to one particular driver I met today while on the roads. I was driving the company Cayenne while enroute to a business discussion at a hotel somewhere in town. It was supposed to be an uneventful drive, if the ugly pockmarked wuss driving the Lexus not accelerate faster than his brain could send the message to his eyes that his front bumper was already too close to my rear one. Anyway the bump happened anyway, and I got my driver to pull over to the road shoulder. Ugliness Personified did the same. He started cursing and swearing at my driver even before I had the chance to open my car door. My driver looked at me enquiringly. We decided to get down and face the beast. I had a good look at the Lexus driver, and if I were to be a firm believer in the Revelations book of the bible I would think that the part about the beast coming out from the sea has been fulfilled there and then. He was about 5'5 or so, the average height of primary 6 boys I think, and looked like he and his hair parted company many years ago. What was remaining of his hair clustered together like a bunch of shy seaweeds on one side of his head, which was pulsating with rage. He was paunchy and with each tirade against us his stomach would quiver with incessant anger. His face, which I said was one only a mother could love, was covered with pockmarks and there he was, furiously wagging his finger at us and shouting obscenities a sailorman would be oh-so proud of, if the sailor happens to know his Hokkien well enough. He was accusing my driver of going too slow and hogging the road etc etc etc.. I hardly remember what he was about, because I was captivated by the fact that he reminded me of my 4th auntie shouting at the fishmonger for overcharging her for the Soon Hock by 20 cents. I went behind to inspect the damage on the Cayenne, and found that there was just a single scratch on the bumper. I think some polish job would take care of it. The Lexus also seemed to be perfectly alright, less a scratch on the grill..haha I could not for the life of me understand what the fuss is about. I spoke just once to the Lexus driver. I told him nicely that everything is fine I would not be pursuing the matter. He stood glaring at me, huffing and puffing slightly. Then he calmed down a little and asked me to ask "him" (he gestured rudely to my driver) to drive properly and not cause any more accidents through road hogging. It would have been the end of the matter then, as he started to walk back to his car, stop to look at the front of his car again, shook his head, and proceeded to get into his car again. It would have been the end of the matter, if I had not said "it was all because my driver saw your face in the rear view mirror and thought he was having a nightmare." That got the tirade started all over again. I realised that the guy was also fluent in English and Cantonese swear words, as well as some words which sounded to me like hybrid languages. I told my driver to get the hell out of there before it was too late, as I rushed onto the car myself. Now he might really want to ram our car with his. Well, I could at least say that my driver did not go slow anymore. Amidst the guffaws that ensued in my car, we certainly did not go slow as we fled from him! Silver Lexus S*F 5** L.
