  3. **Shifted to Technical Section** Posted this in AROC.... Share with you guys as well... Few days ago: Yes, mine doesn't come with AUX (iPod or 3.5mm jack whatsoever) thus last weekend, I pulled out the stock headunit... Surprised it was Blanpukt.... Single Deck attached to a double din face. Anyway long story short....when I looked at the pin, seems like I need to do some modification to the Blue Pin but I think it is possible, AUX out 3.5mm... Will try soon.... enough of CDs and Radios and and and don't want to be restricted to iPod adaptor only.... Today: Done! Now I can play anything under the sun....so long as it has a 3.5mm hole. Lolz. RCA out to 3.5mm.... Now not restricted to ipod or iPhone or USB but all 3.5mm jack. Yes, function on your stock headunit is "AUX". 15mins job... :) DIY. P/s: Because this is running on 3.5mm jack, you can only control volume on steering....please don't ask me whether can select tracks or folders....
  4. Alfa Romeo recently unveiled 2 new variants of the Brera and Spider models in the UK, namely the 1750 TBI petrol and the 2.0 JTDM diesel. Both the engines are turbocharged, with the petrol and diesel versions generating 200hp and 170hp respectively. The 1750 TBi generates 320Nm of torque, propelling the Brera from zero to 100km/h in 7.7 seconds. In the Spider, it takes 0.1 second slower but is still impressive considering that it is a cabriolet. Top speed for both models is 235 km/h. The 2.0 liter JTDM diesel unit pumps out 360Nm of torque, allowing the Brera to hit 100 km/h in 8.8 seconds. The diesel powered Spider does the century sprint in 9.0 seconds and reaches a top speed of 217 km/h, a similar figure for the Brera. At the same time, the UK division also revealed a new trim line called the Italia Independent, available with all engine options including the ones above. The trim level includes a matt black titaniuim finish, 18-inch black alloys that hide red brake calipers as well as an Alfa 8C inspired aluminium fuel cap. On the inside, one can find black leather bound steering wheel, gear knob with red stitching and black sports leather seats with Italia Independent branding on the headrests. There are also carbon-fibre trim inserts, aluminium sports pedals and foot rest as well as an audio plus navigation unit. Let

    B-b-b-b-BRERA

It looks gorgeous in all colours! Especially in my favourite colour... I think Singaporeans aren't prepared for its look yet. But boy am i ready!
  8. Its on sale in Europe. Judging from the price structure, I will venture out and say that EuroSport will put them on the market at a price tag of $170,000 for the 2.2L complete with reverse sensors, leather interior, automatic climate control, 17 inchers and etc. Oh yeah it will be a manual tranny as well heh heh
  9. More pictures of the Brera at the Bologna Motorshow. I'm sorry, but i just can't get enough of the Brera. Hopefully there'll be like-minded fools like me here as well. This one comes with red interior somemore. And check out the rims on this red one!
  10. Just went to the Australian International Car Show. Saw Alfa Romeo Bera... Nice! Even better than 147 i'd say...

    EVEN More Brera

More Alfa Romeo Brera pictures. This time more "candid" shots lah. Finally of the engine bay and more of interior too. Plus a blue colour one somemore. Anyway, plans for making a GTA version of the Alfa Romeo Brera have been revealed (though not confirmed). The Alfa Romeo Brera GTA will be a 3.2litre too, but one that pushes out a peak of 405bhp. What a monster. Hope they go through with that. 'nuff talk. Now for the visual stuff: Who would like to get their hands on one? I know i do. Hmmm. SHOULD arrive in singapore by end 2006. Maybe even mid-2006. Who knows. Another piece of good news is that the Maserati-AlfaRomeo alliance is now in force. Although they are both still under Fiat (together with Ferrari), but Maserati would share their performance engineering and all the other crap with Alfa Romeo (Maserati was previously aligned with Ferrari). So hopefully this'll improve Alfa's performance and allow for even greater driving experience.

    More Brera

New and more pictures of the Alfa Romeo Brera. This time got black colour one also. My wife thinks the rear makes the car look "retarded". What do you guys think? I think she wrong wrong wrong. Too bad it comes with a 3.2litre V6 GM engine, not an Alfa one.
  13. The Italdesign Brera prototype takes centre stage on the Alfa Romeo stand for the first time since it has been confirmed that the 4x4 Grand Tourer is to be put into production with a limited run of 1,000 examples expected to cost around
