  1. Anyone know of any cheap PI to trail people and get evidence?
  2. Hi! Just a curious thought: (Nothing happen to me btw, but just wondering) I was discussing with a friend just now. Question : Is the accident investigator able to measure actual speed of car before impact? Example : Car A bansg into Car B. If Car A was going at, let's say 150km/hour; from the accident impact can they actually measure the speed the car A was traveling before the impact? Of course, driver A will say that he is travelling at legal speed limits. But just want to know how precise and accurate our accident investigators are in Singapore!
