Saw this car at my carpark. The rear doors are really really small and tight. Passengers probably have to bent forward fully to get in.

Hallo Bros, need advice actually. My dad's W210 overheated during the public hols and now at agent's workshop in UBI.Stuck at 2nd link bridge and had to be towed to agent. Now agent asking for $6000 just to do repairs.Sigh!we had the car for 10 years skali now this has had to happen! At first they ask for $3000 just to change the cooling system (radiator)of the car from top to bottom then this evening call again have to top up another $3000 bcos have to change other parts due to car engine dying every now and then.I have a feeling that its bcos my dad told them to fix the radiator and not to change other parts since he wants to do it at a frens workshop.....now kena charge even more!Any1 can advise or have contacts in C&C UBI that can help me on this?they even advise to do top overhaul previously....total bill came up to $10k???sighhhhhhhhh.to think that its just radiator leaking due to overheating.pls advise.......

I would like to express my utter disappointment in Cycle n Carriage merz after sales service. About 2 weeks ago, i made an online booking for my ride's first 10,000km servicing. And in that booking, i clearly stated that i needed some parts change as there's some water sepage into my side indicator lights whenever it rains. I also said that i wanted my car to be serviced at their UBI centre. (The actual service date that i asked for was 1 week from the day i made the online booking). The next day, a customer rep from their Pandan Loop centre called me to verify my online booking and the other details. On the actual service day, i arrived at UBI bright and early and guess what, the sales rep at the front counter had no idea what i was there for! NEVERMIND. I explained to her about my online booking and she then directed me to the service rep. I asked if he had any information about my service booking and he just gave me a blank look. Since he had no information whatsoever, he obviously didn't know that i also needed a parts change too. As such, he said they needed to order the parts and told me to come back again the next day to get it changed!! Lastly, after i collected my car at the end of the day, it was not washed or cleaned at all! I know for a fact that PML washes all BMW's that get sent there for whatever minor/major jobs, so why can't Merz benz do the same! If this was an AH BENG workshop, i wouldn't be surprised at all....but we are talking about MERCEDES BENZ here!that was the final straw. Information flow was atrocious! The sole reason for me to make my booking 1 week in advance was to avoid something like this from happening. Obviously none of my online booking information was sent to UBI. I can see now why BMW is selling more cars than Merz. Car for Car wise, both are equally as good. However, what gives BMW the edge....is their after sales service.

Hi guyz, nice meeting up everyone last night at Bishan, I am Chuan Liang, Jiayong's friend. Anyway, last night was picking up a friend for supper near Outram Rd when this Merz E Class, the new one, came and jio jio me at the traffic light. Saw his car come out from this no names mentioned KTV with huge neon signboard and was going towards Eu Tong Sen with him on my left. I took a glance at his car and saw this chio chio girl lying next to him He's an old uncle btw.... Next thing u know, the traffic light turn green, he spun his wheels and make me p yanz..... I wasnt even ready.... Next traffic light, this Opel Xafira on my right heard me stepping on my accelerator. Actually I was trying to see whether I can wheel spin (What? the Merz can do it...maybe my Tuscani also can) .... then traffic light turn green, this Xafira also whacked all the way This time I just follow him closely then make him p yanz.... some consolation for the night I guess...

I felt like the bloody punk!! I was driving along M.Sultan slowly becasue there was a Cab infront of me (knowing cabs i didn't know when the cab was going to hit the brakes for some passengers) so i kept a safe distance when this bloody punk around his 20s started tailgating me so i tabbed my brake to let the bugger know that "you're going to kiss my ass" when the road cleared the punk came up beside me and rammed his engine!!! I was boiling by then!!!! I chased up to him halfway and stopped at a traffic light and i thought to myself this punk ain't worth it. So i decided to ... When the next traffic light came i was still behind him and i shifted to nutural and rammed my engine a bit to let the punk know that i was still with him. When the lights turn green he sped off and i smelt his unburnt petrol and i made a U turn. It felt good to let him go and let the punk waste his petrol. I know who the better man was.
