Manners maketh man: A well-dressed jaywalker gives cam car the middle finger for honking at him

Manners maketh man is a phrase popularised by the movie 'Kingsman: The Secret Service'.

The phrase refers to 'A person may be judged according to his behaviour towards other people'.

Now, watch this video of what a well-dressed man in a suit and tie did to this cam car driver:

'WAH CH$$B*E! CHUA SAI AH!'

The cam car driver was driving along Orchard Road when a man in a suit and tie blatantly disregarded the red man and jaywalked across the road.

The cam car driver sounded a very long honk at him to alert him of his dangerous act.

In response, the well-dressed man performed some hand gestures toward the driver from afar before walking up to his car and flashing the driver his middle finger.

Despite the upfront confrontation of the jaywalker, the driver remained calm and did not retaliate back.

Instead, all he did was exclaim, 'WAH CH$$B*E! CHUA SAI AH!' in his car (Something we are all too familiar with doing).

Sad reality, everything is the driver's fault.

Just Singapore things: People thinking you are a restaurant/hotel manager when you wear a suit and tie😂

If the camcar driver had not honked at the jaywalker, then the jaywalker would not have stopped in front of the camcar as he would have just walked across and cleared the lane, and the traffic light would still be green in the camcar's favour and the camcar would have driven through the junction smooth and straight.

But alas the camcar driver honked at the jaywalker, so the jaywalker stopped in front of the camcar and then he walked toward the camcar and then showed his middle finger at the camcar driver, and so the traffic light then changed from green to red, and the camcar then got stuck behind the crossing, and the jaywalker walked nonchalantly across the crossing now showing the green man.😏

If police ask, just say you thought it is a dog cos dog dunno how to see red man green man at the traffic lights. Who knew it is a man in a suit? It is dark at night, you know.

  • Japan: The trend that became a turn-off

Ahh Japan. The destination that many travellers desire. The perennial trending subject on social media. Japanese cuisine, culture, quirks, technology, and everything kawaii have inspired endless posts, stories, reels, YouTube videos, and TikToks. If one didn't know better, you'd think it was the dream destination on this planet. While I love the food, the service and the shopping, the sheer number of tourists (me included) has become a turn-off. I'm not talking about those who inconven

Japan is weird. I love it (Part 7)

Ok, the title might be slightly misleading, but there is still a Japan-link.  So, pufferfish. Specifically, a wikipedia entry called Pufferfish mating ritual.  Long story short, one particular species of pufferfish make complex geometric circles in the sand to attract a mate. And this particular species is found only in Japan.  It's beautiful. It's bizarre. And it's absolutely amazing.  From the wikipedia entry: In a 2014 documentary by the BBC, narrator David Atten

    Curry does not exist?

Curry. When many of us think of Indian food, we naturally think of curry.  Except, well, 'curry' isn't actually a thing. Not the word, and not even technically the food that we think of.  Many of us probably think of curry as some sort of dish that has a gravy or sauce. But that is in fact a generalisation of a wide variety of Indian dishes, and also a decidedly Western invention intrinsically tied to India's Colonial past. 'Curry' as a word doesn't actually exist in the languages spok

    Fascinated by honey

If there's one natural food (aka can be eaten raw) that I absolutely love, it's honey. Yes, there are countless varieties from around the world, but for this story, we'll talk about the kind that comes straight out of a hive, complete with honeycomb. I'm not an expert on this topic, but every time I consume raw, unprocessed honey, it tastes a lot better compared to honey that comes in a jar. No squeeze-bottle honey for me, please. Perhaps it's just my imagination, but raw honey doesn't
