My car also had this problem of the headlight plastic turning cloudy on the outside. Had tried washing/ waxing it with all sort of car care product. So one day, while I was using Brasso when polishing some stuff at home, I use the Brasso soak cloth and wipe the headlight plastic, and the cloudyness just clears up. That was about 3 month ago and now the plastic is turning cloudy again.
