Pisces69 6th Gear October 18, 2006 Share October 18, 2006 Maybe just do a check on the plugs where the bulbs plug in & see if anything wrong there. Maybe got rust or wires short or contact worn??? If all looks normal, change bulbs & monitor lor. If again blow, then something is definately wrong. My headlamps already abt 2 years old (Philips VP) & the brake bulbs so song I also forget how long. Titanium 4th Gear October 18, 2006 Author Share October 18, 2006 My classmate told me last week that both brake lights blew, so i assume is the fuse since both SHOULD BE blew @ the same time, but last night i noticed 1 of the headlight also... :(
Pisces69 6th Gear October 18, 2006 Share October 18, 2006 When was the last time u checked ALL your lights? If u never checked, then maybe they all blew at different times long ago. I check all my lights abt once a month & just b4 a long trip or Vicom inspection. This includes all signal, interior & boot light also.

Apollo 1st Gear October 18, 2006 Share October 18, 2006 if ur ride already fitted with HID, doubt they will question you abt it. only thing is whether the ballast was faulty or damaged due to high vibration/ factory defects.
Fortress Clutched October 18, 2006 Share October 18, 2006 First check the fuse(unlikely), if so, then is a concern, as the is a short in the circuit. 3 bulbs blowing at the same time could be due to aging
Yeobh 4th Gear October 18, 2006 Share October 18, 2006 Replace the brake light and apply brake - if the bulb blow , chances the brake light switch is faulty or the bulb socket/ hardness is corrosed/ grounded.

Wheeler Neutral Newbie October 22, 2006 Share October 22, 2006 (edited) Ignis brake light fuse easily... but sometime when u unplug and plug back, u notice it works again. When u observe the double coil bulb, check if any of the coil in the bulb unit has fused, if not plug it back and see if it works again. I notice Ignis brake has got frequent tendency of this happening. Edited October 22, 2006 by Wheeler ↡ Advertisement
