Quantum 5th Gear December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 In my impression, Honda Stream is a brilliant MPV, but I saw a MCF thread mentioned Toyota Wish achived a very good sale figure from 2006 Jan to Oct[thumbsup], but Honda stream has been phased out from KM list Why does Toyota always defeat Honda in same CAT products? ↡ Advertisement
Blackyv Turbocharged December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 because it's a toyota. does that answer ur question??...
Zoom99 Neutral Newbie December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 MPV is generally purchase for bigger family ones. Hence FC and reliablity comes first. In additon, Wish is competitively price from a reputable manufacturer. I dun own one myself.
Toyo 1st Gear December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 Honda are usually priced higher and does not appeal to the general public
Zoom99 Neutral Newbie December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 In Japan, Toyota is deemed as the more popular choice. In S'pore, KM create the image that it is a more premium car than Toyota. That's how I perceive.
Darth_mel 1st Gear December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 Stream is a great car but I really hated the weird shape of the window at the last row.

Maxus-MIFA9 Supersonic December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 In my impression, Honda Stream is a brilliant MPV, but I saw a MCF thread mentioned Toyota Wish achived a very good sale figure from 2006 Jan to Oct[thumbsup], but Honda stream has been phased out from KM list Why does Toyota always defeat Honda in same CAT products? Went for test drive both MPV and did not like both of them. Th reason are a) Wish = third row seat cushion not so comfortable for adults of 80kg & above, no rear air-con blower b)Stream = third row seat not suitable to tall adults. more comfortable for children and also no rear air-con blower. End up buying Picnic instead
Redboy 1st Gear December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 Let's wait & see if new stream can do well, particularly its FC. So far, yet to hear any reviews from new stream owners.
Six_ghz Neutral Newbie December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 Wish is the most established parallel imports. That may allay fears for buyers eyeing on getting one of them.

Zakuii 1st Gear December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 When I was in Tokyo last month, I saw more Stream on the road than Wish. I saw only 2 Wish but I saw like 7 Streams. Might not mean a thing but this is what i saw. As to there are more Toyota on the Japan road, I do agree I see more Toyota cars.
Zakuii 1st Gear December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 The current Stream is not bad with FC either, if driven correctly. My 2L Stream gives me at least 10km/l, averaging 11km/l+. If I drive with a very heavy foot, I still can get 9km/l+.

Furrynadz 5th Gear December 22, 2006 Share December 22, 2006 cos wish and hyundai (especially matrix) have a very special target group in sg poor family with many kids and take 100% ten yr loan and weekend plate where else can find a cheap 7 seater for 40+ and squeeze in a family of

I think Stream is too new, so people maybe wait and see. As for Wish, it is proven with good FC, easy/cheap spare part as there are so many on the road liao. ↡ Advertisement
