Hmm.. OK ok.. that sounds weird.. How come he will get lesser leh.? or is it becuase he is a very heavy footer? then it will decrease to that amount... hopefully the FC will be good man.

Hmmm...bros, just was looking thru the papers and I see all sort of prices for the Axio, with some at 60++ some at 50+++, why such a big difference, is it some gimmick by the PIs to get us to go down then they will pressure as to get all sort of extras to get it to normal price of 62k??

Sorry, first time searching for car. So a bit gong gong.

the regular price for axio will be ard 58 for the very bare options till 65 with the imported reverse camera with stock screen.

There is also the g model where it will cost abt 5-7k more than the X model which i m referring to in my first sentence.

cheers.

normally those you see around 50k++ are without COE or dealer use the 10 yrs loan with cash rebate to deduct off.

etc - buy at 65k (10 yrs loan at 4% - cash rebate at S$7800)

so 65k - 7.8k = 57200... this is the price after cash rebate.

another case - Axio selling at 50k but haven't add in the COE.

say next round coe you bid at 18k so total = 68k...but in case the

coe went higher then 18k the balance you need to top up in cash.

Hi

I just bought a 3+ yr old Axio and its overheating and Im not sure what exactly is the cause. I have changed the coolant, EO, transmission oil after I bought it. I have noticed that if i drive continuosly for about 1hr my car will start to overheat. I also notice that my radiator fan starts up after just 15mins of normal driving. My car also overheats faster especially when im travelling around 100km/hr n it willstart to cool again if i slow down. I have not sent my car to the mech yet cos i have no idea what needs to be fixed. Hopin to see if anyone else had ever experienced tgis problem before and knows what needs fixing..

Thanks.

It sounds like your coolant's not circulating well? Normally when you drive faster, the coolant gets circulated faster as the water pump runs faster in line with the engine. Ideally hot coolant gets circulated to the radiator for cooling off and if u stops the circulation (somehow), then it will not be cooled fast enough. So temp increases with faster engine speed. You mentioned the fan is working, so you have eliminated 1 possibility.

Why the coolant is not circulating? It could be like another bro Passion mentioned - thermostat is spoilt? Assuming the thermostat isn't opening completely, it means hot coolant stays in the engine block unable to get into the radiator. So the temp sensor goes up very fast and the fan starts working already. In theory, thermostat opens at a certain temp (optimal temp for engine) and so coolant gets circulated to the radiator for cooling off and exchange cooler coolant into the engine block.

Lets us know what was the eventual diagnosis + fix.
