I think it's better to wait till 5000km then change to full synthetic. Otherwise it's a waste of money.

Your mileage is about 12 to 13km, did you drive with a lot of traffic light with starts and stops condition? I ask because I'm getting close to 14km most of the time.

BTW, if I'm not wrong, the number reflected on the door it's only model number. The chasis number can only be found below the engine while servicing - base on one of the tyre mechanic told me. I remembered having a hard time finding high and low to no avail when I was collecting my car.

More or less highway and traffic lights 50/50 perhaps.Another problem is I think my wheel alignment is out. everytime i park steering is straight bit the car is slanted. Is is one of the reason of higher FC? So do you think i need to change the mineral oil at 1000km?

So you are going to do your 1K soon huh. Where are you asked to do the servicing?

Mine say that I am given 3 free servicing at Comfort Del.. but am I suppose to have a coupons or any thing?

Go to your first servicing, I'm sure the mechanic supervisor can give you a good advise base on your car condition. They have been seeing tons of cars. Just make sure you talk to the qualified one.

my mechanic told me to change syn oil at 1000 then need to come back on 10000. If change to mineral, need to go back at 5000.

So technically speaking, he was implying that changing to syn oil is more cost effective.

But changing to full syn at 1000 will it harm or any advantage for the car in anyway?
