Anyway, even if it comes in, I think the insurance and road tax itself will be more than enough to incinerate my wallet to oblivion, not to say the least about the car price itself.

agree with you, the price and the specs are the other factors that will attract buyers.

If it's comparable to the 2 you mentioned, I would take it over tuscon and sportage.

 

reason being that the engineering quality might be better given that it's of conti heritage. But QC might be slightly problematic (as with some contis)

slap on a Honda or Toyota and it's going to be in hundreds in sale...

 

but on a conti/US/Korean, it will at most be hundred

 

Somehow, people don't really place that much importance in the equipping. It's the after-consideration after they decided on which car to get.
