$80 visor from TCM

Hi all

 

My SE is going to charge me $80 for installing visor on my Latio.

 

Do you think 80 is worth it for visor to be installed at TCM?

 

Or would it be better for me to get it installed at outside car workshops?

 

For those who got their visor from TCM, any complaints or you feel like it is not worth the money?

Does this visor come with hooks as well to hook to the door panel?

 

Kah Motors charges $150+ to install this kind of visor.

 

I got mine from JB for $19 and DIY (only double sided tape, no hooks)

 

To me, they look the same. After 1 year+, the visor is still stucked firmly on ride.

 

So maybe you might want to consider cheaper options like getting from outside.

the one tat Kah Motor sell is clip on visor.

 

TCM does not carry tat. Me still waiting for my associate to source the clip on type for me

dun waste your $$ la, the visor i got it free, but it doesnt seem to stick well to the door, even after i go back to TCM to fix it, it still come off....

Agree that Visor is a waste of money. No Visor fits or cling nicely on the windows.

 

Either the visor drops off easily or water easily will slip in during raining or there will be wind noises at high speeds.

Visor just beautify yr car and make it look sporty.

Must use 3M heavy duty double sided tape.

 

Mine still stuck in place after abt 2yrs of driving wif twice speeds at 170km/h.

find it useful when parking under hot sun..... can leave a gap & not worry abt rain seapage in the event of rain.

your 3m heavy duty, the backing is white while the tape is grey?

Make sure the tape is weather proof too.
