Sony 1st Gear March 15, 2007 Share March 15, 2007 If used correctly, it's not wrong... it's not a matter of getting caught but a matter of is it a right time to use. People get the wrong idea.. Having fog light and using it is not wrong. it's how it's been used.

Legendary Clutched March 15, 2007 Share March 15, 2007 WHAT A JOKE... tinting of fog lamps is illegal.
Balacam Neutral Newbie March 16, 2007 Author Share March 16, 2007 These 2 rules from onemotoring are not very clear for fog lamp. All vehicle lamps must meet internationally recognised standards. Tinting or masking of these lamps is not allowed as it may adversely affect their performance.(e.g. head lamps, stop lamps, signal lamps, etc.) Fitting decorative lamps to vehicles are not allowed as they may cause confusion and distraction to other road users. (e.g. Wiper washer LEDs, undercarriage neon lights, vehicle interior neon lights, flashing decorative lights, etc.) The fog lamps you see are stock but they are tinted. Although the fog lights may be used during adverse wehather conditions but the blue lights are still decorative. at this time when there is so much commotion about fog lamps, even though when these fog lamps are used during adverse weather conditions, if seen by TP or ROV, don't you think it will catch their attention.
