I can understand why, poly boys are always kowpey-ing about having to work under degree holders... I've a couple poly holders working under me who always refuse to put my ideas across, until I reminded them who's boss! Hahaha!!! Must show some muscle sometimes...

 

Also, I don't understand why these jokers rather struggle through their lives and buy Toyotas and Hondas..... Sigh... I think they are just trying to be someone they are not, thinking driving Jap cars are one step above others when on the road! Hahahah!

 

 

I am a Diploma holder and I got degree holder reporting to me also. I also have problems getting my ideas across to them also until I show them that I am the boss. How huh? And I am paid higher than the degree holder of similar age ....how huh?

 

 

We should respect one another and not using your position to exert authority, in the long term it will never work.

If your idea is good and yet you cannot win over their hearts, then you are also not much of a good leader. Do you get what I mean? I don't think you are capable of [wave]

I think u not cool at all. Cos u not only look down on other people's ride, you also look down on other people's qualification.

 

I mean if you drive a lambo and is a scholar, i will LL. But u only drive a China car and just a degree holder and u still have these type of attitude? Sad [hur] .

hi,

dun get too worked up about the comments u received. most sporean's perception is that only japanese and european cars are the best and it's true currently. i'm an engineer and what i observed about the engineering industry is that most japanese or european manufacturing plants are shifting from s'pore or other SEA countries to china. i strongly believe that as times to come, most of our stuffs would be made in china and even maybe to a point that s'poreans would be working in china companies. having such situation, the quality of their goods could get better.

 

in any case just enjoy ur ride and ignore whatever comments u receive...

btw i drive a japanese car and won't hesitate to change to a china car few yrs down the road [rolleyes]

Mr Cool, just enjoy your ride. Refrain from putting this kind of post. Just as you wont like people putting down your car, you dont around putting down other people's cars. What matter most is the owner enjoying his own choice and ride.

You sure you are a degree holder?? If you really are, based on your postings, I can understand why your poly holders cannot accept your ideas.. I pity them to work under you. [shakehead]

 

I am a degree holder but before that got a diploma... I don't see any big deal with a degree. I respect people that are capable and with foresight even if he has just PSLE certificate. Don't you know some billionaires are not even degree holders?? Your thinking is so shallow. [shakehead]

 

So what if your china car can even win a ferrari? What does it prove? Maybe only your ego wll feel better... [:/]

You are pretty amazing, for making me even bother to create an account and contributing my 2 cent worth.

 

I most probably have the same background as you, having an local engineering degree and going thru the much hated jc to university road, which many deemed us as 'elites'. However despite the similarities, I believed that humbility is something that you seriously lack. I shall not comment on your arguement that your china-make geely is as or in fact more superior than kor/jap/conti cars as I am not a hardcore car fanatics like most ppl here. But you should refrain from having the 'elite mentality' and stop looking down at non degree holders. Resenting the fact that a person of lower education level than you to be your working superior only makes you look narrow minded and ignorant. Do you know that most kow kays from engineering companies are only diploma holders? Even my uncle who is only an O'level holder is now the CEO of a successful engineering firm. You may even be working under his company.

 

And for the sake of your family and friends, pls be more mature and stop attempting racing with other cars. You may not treasure ur life but your love ones sure does. I personally got involved into a car accident this year and let me tell you it is not fun at all. Maybe I am just a shitty driver. Sorry everyone for the longwinded 1st post. Cheers
