Fondue Neutral Newbie August 24, 2007 Share August 24, 2007 Hi bros n sis, Say you have a 3++ yr old made-in-Japan Corolla with loan almost paid up, would you keep it or sell and change to a new Honda Airwave with the current COE price ? Financially, able to handle either choice. Major considerations are : 1. FC 2. Maintenance issue 3. Long term cost 4. Comfort and handling Appreciate your inputs ↡ Advertisement
Ahyoo2002 2nd Gear August 24, 2007 Share August 24, 2007 Current COE price? what do you mean? With COE reduced by $9k, most car dealer only reduce the cat price by $4k. So if you think you can gain from this $8k COE, think again.

Guest Julio369 Neutral Newbie August 24, 2007 Share August 24, 2007 your MIJ Corolla is a few good cars...keep it. look around on the road, those old G9 corollas are still alive & kicking while the rest all go up lorry already. like the old saying, if it ain't broken, don fix it. sekali you buy new car gives you more headache... just like got a very good wife, LC itchy go and look for a mistress ..somemore MIC one
Contax 1st Gear August 24, 2007 Share August 24, 2007 If my loan is almost paid up,I 'll probably keep it for a long while to enjoy the 'loan-free' feeling. It's in fact a joy to know that there's one lesser thing to worry about .

Sniperben Neutral Newbie August 24, 2007 Share August 24, 2007 if the car is not giving you too much of a technical problem, why not keep it? change to something better than your current ride. from corolla to airwave, i don't see anything worth the change.. just my 2 cents. Ahyoo2002 2nd Gear August 24, 2007 Share August 24, 2007 Lancer so bad? I am holding to one now
Rollagt 5th Gear August 24, 2007 Share August 24, 2007 I am driving a FL 2003 hipporolla..till today I still like it alot. Comfy, spacious and easy to drive.. My advice is also same as the rest. Keep it. With the costs rising here and there plus the recent annoucement of addition of ERP gantries, it would be comforting to know that ur loan is almost paid up. ↡ Advertisement
