Process> Performance Spark Plugs - DONE!

Guess the only thing missing is the Headers... any good suggestions? Btw, it should be LTA approved right?

Intake headers yes... But grey area for exos headers.... Ooh... Bout ur worry whether the engine will run too lean, add in an Air Flow Converter to correct ur air fuel ratio to 14.7:1, the most efficient burning ratio...

For a 1.6, your low end might suffer a bit more. The pickup is already quite slow right? I used to drive a Protege.

Anyway, no harm asking around if anyone else has done it.

Customised for my ride. Apexi does make some induction kit for some cars. Go to the website and check. I believe most of the cars here with open pod are customised for the ride. You can PM me for the contact.

It seems that his intake length is quite long, the long intake path probably help to negate the lost in low-end through better swirl of intake air. Correct or not?

Thats the theory..in practice?

Bro, tell me more about air flow converter. Brands and where to buy? Cost? Thanks.

Ok sure.... I only know of a brand that's producing this which is A'pexi... Cost abt $600 for a new one without tuning(Tuning will cost u abt $50, road tune and about $100 for dyno tune).... I'd rather u get a used set...

The one shown is an S-AFC Neo.. An SAFC II(the neo's predecessor) is more than sufficient if ur main concern is air fuel ratio..

FYI, I got mine 2nd hand(SAFC II) from other forums...

Where can I do one new with tuning? It's a lot cheaper than HKS F-Con. What other functions does it do that's normally used by us? It seems like it's more catered for Vtec engine. Mine's VVTI.
