Hi guys, i want to get the Apexi open pod power intake from ARK motorsport which they listed in mycarforum. Have been trying to call their sales line which is stated in their adv, but there's always noone to answer! Anyone know if the shop is still operating? Or where can i get this product? -

When someone is considering a performance mid-size luxury sedan, probably they will look at something like the BMW M5 or the Audi S6. If that person prefers a Japanese car, then he or she will be left with very little choices. How little are those choices? Probably close to nothing. But, fret not because Japanese luxury automaker, Lexus is bringing a supercharged GS350 F Sport to SEMA. And on top of that, the company might consider adding a more powerful version of the GS in the near future. The supercharged GS350 F Sport is a collaboration between Lexus and Californian auto tuner, VIP Auto Salon. The car receives a custom Apexi supercharger kit. Other than this, an Apexi throttle recalibration system and a dual exhaust pipe that stretches from the headers all the way to the back are added too. To cope with the extra horsepower, a Brembo High Performance GT brake kit and RSR coilovers are fitted on all four corners. 20 inch Vossen wheels replace the stock ones and the wheels are wrapped in Yokohama S Drive tyres. On the outside, the car is fitted with a custom made aero bodykit from Japanese tuner Wald International. The kit consists of a lip spoiler, side skirts and roof and trunk lid spoilers. No power figures were released at the moment but my guess it would be around the mid 400bhp mark. Just last year, Lexus unveiled the GS350 F Sport at SEMA. Although it may have a different look from the normal GS but in terms of performance; it is pretty much the same. Hi all, During this few days, when i turn my car engine, immediately, my car engine shut down. Turbo timer did not kick in. Turbo timer still counting down, and my car dashboard almost all the icons is lighted up. 1. I suspect Turbo timer faulty liao, cannot hold the engine idling till count down ended. 2. I suspect battery going to flat liao, but i dont have problem starting my car, which i doubt so. Anyone encounter this before? Thanks for reading Rgds -
Any idea where in singapore can i get it? Since i'm here, and my partner just told me i just received a letter stating my exhaust is too loud, so i'll need this to clear the inspection. This is a butterfly valve that blocks off some of the exhaust gases, forming a restriction and effectively reducing the noise of the exhaust... Easy to install, just slap in between the cat and the exhaust flange.

Recently bought a used car which comes together with an Apexi RSM. Dealer also have no idea how to use it and advised not to touch anything is the best. Any kind soul can advice what are the DON'TS to prevent any damages. And maybe something I can play around with. Many thanks....

yo, anyone know any place which does carbon fibre box for apexi open pod? currently my apexi open pod (even with heat shielding) still take in some hot air. was advice to enclose the whole thing and hook it directly to the CAI. anyone know any workstation doing custom carbonfibre/fibreglass box to enclsoe it? pm me , thanks

Hi guys, my latest mod... Apexi Power Intake Open Pod on my inline 6 Lexy IS200. The roar is getting even sweeter now combined with my TTE/Remus exhaust. Life is sweet... It does feel faster though. Even though it's not a real CAI (air is drawn from the gap between the body and the radiator through the front grill), the heatshield provides sufficient cover from the engine heat. Can't really tell if I am losing some low-end but the high-end definitely sounds louder and has a nice bassy echo to it. Was just showing my wife and massive suction motion when I step on the gas pedal. Can hear the air been suck in by the big filter.

I GOT ONE SET OF AFC but dunno whether will it helps the performance for vvt engine cars? coz i dun wan to waste money to install and tune but the outcome is still the same or maybe even worst... Anyone can advise mi where can i find a for installation and a good tuner @ a reasonable prices ? pls advise... thanx

I'm thinking of having a seperate Speed/RPM meter and thus, considering either Apexi RSM or Defi VSD Basis. Price-wise, Apexi RSM is slightly more expensive, roughly around $50+ more. RSM definitely has more features like than the VSD Basis, which only shows speed, RPM and top speed. Any comments? Besides ST Powered, any other place that provides good value for money yet good installation?

Hi, I just bought the Apexi Power filter intake, now got big problem, I want to install it, but the guy (ST powered) says need to go some where else to make a custom pipe adapter... due to the unique clamp head shape of the filter, now I'm stuck with the open pod filter and can't do anything. Would anybody know where I can install this along with heatshielding kind of box CAI? what would the cost be like? thanks... I want to try this against the simota aero form filter which I own have and do a comparison...
