Sedan or hatchback is easy to organize and store your stuff?

obviously sedan cos bigger boot. just like 1-room flat and 5-room flat, which one easier to put a 3-seater sofa?

U drive? if so, its quite a silly question leh If not.... very obvious its a sedan.... unless u buy a hatchback but always keep the rear seat folded.

Let compare toyota axio and fieler without folding the rear seats.

I find hatchback can put in a 29 inch CRT TV and for sedan one after put in but cannot close it boot.

There are some odd-shaped things that Sedan can't carry, but Hatchback with seats folded down can.

 

For eg. Mountain bikes.

Sedan.

I put a stylefoam box in boot for transporting cold stuff such as meat and fish from grocery shopping. A tupperware box for keeping some hand tools, gloves and torchlight for emergency repair. Still have space for transporting miscellaneous items in the boot. Don't think a typical hatchback can fit in all these...

But isn't toyota fielder a stationwagon, not a typical hatchback? Different classification...

Sedan boot tends to be deeper (lengthwise), but hatch boot will have the advantage of height which is more versatile IMHO.

With rear seats folded down, most hatch boots can take large objects up to the height of the car's interior while the sedan boot will not be able to close.

Hatchback put in mountain bikes can seat how many ppl? Just curious. I always see advert where bike fits into SPV or MPV but seldom see actual in action. Most use holders.

2 x 5ft kinos,

3 x light stands

2 x C stands standin at 1.5m

1 x Carton of lights mesuring by 4ft x 2ft x 2ft approx

1 x 1mx1m polyfoam

1 x standard vdieo tripod

1 x camerabag with camera

3 sandbags

1 x plastic container of 2.5ft by 1.5ft x 1.5ft of barand barang for the car

 

and still can ferry 1 passenger plus 1 driver!

What car is that? I think currently the most versatile sedan is the city vtec? ULTRa seats?

I wonder how come the new civic don't have ULTRa seats? Wound be quite useful feature.

Yes, the trade-off is that hatch boot area will usually be shorter in length than an equivalent sedan. Another downside for hatches in Singapore is that sometimes cannot open hatch properly when reverse parked against a wall, or in one of our many "special design" HDB carparks.

IT's a 1997 nissan sunny exec 1.5

 

it may be a 1.5 but the body size bigger then a VIOs and is comparable to the current 1.8s.

HUGE boot space and spacious passenger seats.
