RX-8 without number plate

...both front and rear got no number plate.

Its normal if only the front or rear licence plate is broken or drop off.....but both are missing in this case. Manage to take the rear picture and a blurr driver side view.

I wonder is this some secret police for the Asean meetings this week? Maybe special vehicle for body guard for some VIPs?
