Rickster 5th Gear January 15, 2008 Share January 15, 2008 (edited) Wats ur cert? Is is private diploma? Right now job market is quite ok. Should not be too much of a problem unless u hold an unrecognised diploma or major. Heard from my instructor last time that the BBDC instructors have very low pay. Only around 1.5K. Chances of career advancement is almost nil. Edited January 15, 2008 by Rickster

Albeniz Turbocharged January 15, 2008 Share January 15, 2008 Actually I came across this advertisement in Straits Times inviting fresh poly grad to apply for BBDC instructor. I have wanted to make some comments previously. Experience can only be accumulated over many years of actual hands-on driving on the road. I have been driving every day for the last 12 years, accumulated 50% NCD and I feel I still have a lot to learn. The responsibility of a good instructor is not only to teach the student to pass the test but also share some of the valuable driving experience to promote good habits and avoid accidents. Is a fresh 19 year old lad really qualified to teach driving? Most likely the instructor has just passed the driving test himself. ↡ Advertisement
