Testa_ross4 Clutched March 25, 2008 Share March 25, 2008 (edited) No, it was more, there was some tiff with customs that's why. I think she threw the ducks in the bin or something like that, very vague memory. Edited March 25, 2008 by Testa_ross4
Zyrofillica 1st Gear March 25, 2008 Share March 25, 2008 i tho singaporeans are allowed to bring 1 packet of cigarettes back from malaysia? as long as you are above 18 and only 1 pack per person. it's not allowed at all? what are the fine? the one opened box is the officers close one eye policy. By right, no JB ciggies are to be brought into singapore. Not even one stick. depends if got high ranking officer or quota for the day then may tio fine. I always take 2nd link late at night. Ciggs, Ramlis, Pratas all bring in!

Genie47 1st Gear March 25, 2008 Share March 25, 2008 Disease is like the stock market. You dunno when or where. Jakarta already having bird flu problems. You want to take the chance? Cooked food does not spread bird flu which is true but you never know how well cooked the bird is. Expect the immigration officer to take a bite? No my mom isn't that lady. Shorty Turbocharged March 25, 2008 Share March 25, 2008 yup...the theory of open pkt of ciggies is allowed is all but a myth.my fren working in ica...he say not foreign ciggies allowed at all.open pkt also can kena fine. anyway...he told me of a story involving an ang moh n ciggies.apparently dis guy had heard of dis open pkt ciggies theory.so...he was entering spore via ferry...it tink from batam.when was asked if he got ciggies...he said yes.den when they checked...he had abt 10 PACKETS!n all of them was opened wif 1 stick missing! someone must hv informed him dat its ok to bring in ciggies as long as 1 stick is used!my fren dunno whether to laugh or scold him.but...still kena fined. Flyerking 3rd Gear March 25, 2008 Share March 25, 2008 [reply]i tho singaporeans are allowed to bring 1 packet of cigarettes back from malaysia? as long as you are above 18 and only 1 pack per person. I always take 2nd link late at night. Ciggs, Ramlis, Pratas all bring in! I never like to take 2nd link. Last year once one ICA officer kicked up a big fuss when he spotted 4 boxes of my namecards in my car. Say must declare.. make me move one side and malu me in front of others. Other people thought i smuggle drugs. Then the big crab come, nice old indian chap, say its okay ask me to move on. I told him .. wah make me so malu and ask me move on. the next day i complain to Lee Kuan yew and all ministers. then the customer service call me and apologise. I even called up some big shots within the ICA to lodge complaints before that but one senior asst commissioner or what crap lady had the gall to raise her voice at me. comparing the efficiency of Singapore and malaysia customs, Malaysia is a few class up, and much faster. Sometimes i return to singapore at 1am, still gota wait 30 minutes to chop passport in sg.. in jb about 2 minutes. See the difference?

Code01 Clutched March 25, 2008 Share March 25, 2008 Ya man my fren in ICA told me same thing too. Only thing is they dun really catch is because if they really do they got tonns of report to write. So for them one open pack of cig normally they close one eye unless big shot around.
