I wonder can anyone react in time when a rider/vehicle on your right cut in abruptly but did not speed up to clear the way, moreover can the trailer driver see the rider cutting in suddenly? The mini car seem like having damaged "shock absorbers" which bouncing violently on uneven road surfaces, it could be the cause beside poor tyres traction.
