i kena 3 speeding tickets (each about 80km/hr only) along Upper Thomson rd

(towards Thomson Plaza before Sin Ming). Appeal NOT successful (solid reasons

somemore)... [blush]

That place is 70km/hr and I have seen at least 2 traffic bikes there in the 2 weeks I traveled along that stretch. Must obey speed limit there even though it is tempting to go faster on that empty stretch.

I must admit, sometimes when the road is totally clear in the wee hours....

I prefer to stay in the 3rd lane and drive relaxly.. enjoying the drive....

It's during the day.. when everything is so rush... everyone is in a rush..

hoping for no jam so as to go a little faster...

then all of us tends to speed alittle..

jus my thoughts.. [;)]

Agree.

In the wee hours, I drive mostly on the left lanes as those on the right lanes are traveling at breakneck speeds and I don't want to be involved in their accidents.

The mobile camera not using flash.

It using the very high quality optical zoom lens (those use in SLR camera), very sensitive even can operate with street light.

for these type of cameras...

any idea that the tp would shoot in front or behind?

i went thru AYE today morning (9.55am)towards tuas direction

just before the overhead bridge, I saw white colour shirt with camera...

immediately slowed down to 90km per hour just before i pass the bridge.

the strange thing is, the tp is not shooting towards my direction, he is facing towards the backside of my car...direction is towards tuas direction...

so be beware...

they do take pics of our back side..

i'm curious.

Have you guys seen these mobile speed cameras operating at night

So far I've not seen any after 8pm. Mornings and afternoons alot, even on sundays and public holidays, but never at night.

Anyone can advise?

hmmm..question..

4 lane road. TP on the bridge with camera on lane 1, i am on lane 3 travelling about 15kmh above speed limit(85kph on 70kph). Possible for him to capture me? or rather, do their camera cover such a wide angle?

Would we still able to get the list of Mobile Camera location so that able to program inside the GPS?

Well,no point, just drive within speed limits will do...anyway "Covered" overhead bridge.higher chance of them "Shooting" there.

I have noticed that TP has removed quite a number of speed enforcement location from their online list. Used to have 40 over locations, now only 25
