I also spotted a '8888', about 28 years old SBW plate, but too bad can't see the combination clearly due to reflection.

What I am saying is that the reflection make it difficult to see the registration plate clearly (as compared to other photo taken under better lighting condition). 

You have to zoom in to see the details, else it might also look like 3333, 5555, 6666, 9999, etc. at a quick glance.
