Why do we need ERP within ERP?

Just notice to drive from Suntec to Funan center, one needs to get pass an ERP to make a U turn and back again.

That's 2x crossing the ERP gantry along facing Central Mall.

Its getting ridiculous.

My fren hits the ERP 3 times while trying to get from kim seng road to Fullerton hotel..of cos he din take the most efficient route but its like if you are not entirely familiar with the area, you can really get hit a few times within such a short distance becos there's just simply too many within the small area..I feel the gantries near fullerton area is really not justified..

the ERP near Fullerton is to 'tax' drivers who leave office at 6-7pm heading to ECP & AYE [shakehead]

imagine if u miss the turn into the bldg and hav 2 make another u turn [sweatdrop]

That is why these days i planned my route in advance before the trip if I'm going to a place within the cbd and town area which Iam not entirely familiar with just to avoid mutiple erp deductions..with so many gantries up, you just cannot afford to agar agar..

that's to rib you dry. [sweatdrop] If not wrong, you are saying that after U-turn you hit another ERP?or on a same road consecutively? If former, then it's justifiable as they want to control the traffic volume within that stretch of road. But hit 1 erp on the left road, then u turn hit another one on the right road, sounds dumb to me.Wondering why put ERP there to purposely car making U-turn.Just as i don't understand why behind wisma Atria, got 2 ERP consecutively, less than 10m apart.

6 to 8. Another reason I do not want to drive to work. In ERP, Out ERP, expensive season parking for the car to just sit there....
