The bus driver wasn't even making a turn. Think the charge is for failing to keep a lookout for people crossing the road. Leggt Clutched January 13, 2009 Share January 13, 2009 OT a little.....How many of us when reaching a cross junction and about to turn left, will stop at the zebra crossing when there is no one near the side? I believe we always go on assumption knowing that we can still brake in time if a person dashed across the zebra crossing. But sometimes, cyclists do not understand this, they will not slow down while taking the zebra crossing as well and two wrongs definitely will not be right in this situation.... Looks like they are all over the place. They simply don't understand that they need to slow down their bicycles or walk on the zebra crossings. So dangerous to dash across.
