Yeah man.... managed to find my way back .....I am here to spawn.....

why must u use 2? not 1 or 3 or any other numbers...

my parents recently bought fish oil supplements from Nuskin and keep asking me to take daily....

I find it rather expensive if you compare to other brands in the market ...anyone try before?

Coz it sounds like today? [:p]

Why is tilapia considered a garbage fish?

main-qimg-68997e5d30955c1061e0cb46c6b174

The tilapia was called the garbage fish, which can be explained not just by its poor reputation but also the reasons behind such designation, and understanding them is important for making decisions about one's health.

In their natural habitat, tilapia will consume any possible sources of nutrition, including algae, rotting vegetation, and animal waste. This made farming the fish extremely cheap and easy. The downside to cheap fish is that it is not usually grown under optimal conditions, which means tilapia is regularly raised in overcrowded fish farms in places like Southeast Asia where it is grown en masse for exportation. Notably, fish farmers sometimes use low-quality and even unsanitary feed, such as animal feces, since it is cost-effective, and the fish can easily handle it thanks to its physiology. But the consumers are the ones who end up consuming the fish, and with everything that it eats and lives in during its lifetime.

There’s also the issue of the fat composition. Tilapia contains low amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, which are healthy for the heart and brain; however, it contains excessive amounts of omega-6 fatty acids. This balance is problematic, because an excessive amount of omega-6 increases inflammation in the body. One more thing that tilapia doesn’t need, considering people eat a lot of processed foods and vegetable oils that increase inflammation in their bodies. As scientists noted, eating tilapia "for health benefits" was contradictory, since it increased inflammation just like any fast food.

That being said, farmed tilapia from US, Canada, or Peru could be a completely different issue. Clean water, quality food , these are not the problems with the fish; the conditions might be.The health round table has been quite active in sharing success stories, helpful advice, and encouragement, thus easily luring those interested in healing and growing together. The round table deserves membership due to its ability to many lives positively.
