Since most, if not all of us carry hp, the best way is SMS right? But then the authorities would of course feel that it'll cause unnecessary panic if it turns out to be a hoax, like this one. Sad to say, if such thing happens, be it to you or me, then it's just suay to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Just like the Mumbai terror attacks not too long ago.
