I check out the windscreen only a parking ticket for no coupon display about few hours ago $30 fine yesterday evening. This morning I come back from work still the car is there with the clamp. Leepee 1st Gear April 22, 2009 Share April 22, 2009 Whats with the front wheel chains? I don't think HDB does this style of chaining wheel clamp. Definately can sue HDB for damaged rims! I think government has force Ah-long to go Legit with their style of collecting money. Since Wheel clamping is LEGAL.....
