this guy has crossed the line both in work ethics and social rules. Abuse of his priviledges and confidential data given to him. furthermore, a married woman which he should well know to stay off limits. i say, expose him!

 

bring matter up to management as sexual harressment and demand action(this they will take note and not cover up)and let his colleagues know of such an unprofessional man who cannot control his urges. silence will only make him bolder.

anyway why i ask is because mrs attended a job interview and the interviewer, despite knowing her marital status, still got the cheek to sms her to date her. she ignored but he was quite persistent. she showed me the msg and i dont know what to do. i know his office though. should i go there to tell him off ?

 

Send him warning SMSes telling him to stop the nonsense. Give him a few warnings, if he doesn't stop SMSing your wife, make a police report using your SMSes to him as proof that he did not stop despite being warned (so considered as harassing). The police will call him up and give him official warning.

 

This will work....I tried this on an idiot before. The investigating officer (IO) called me up and told me that what the idiot did was against some don't-know-what telecommunication chapter something ...and that he had called that idiot up to give warning. After that no more nonsense from that idiot anymore.

me and wife's relationship is also not "a bed of roses", there were lots of rough patches that we manage to pull thru', eg.. having my parents staying with me when we got married, also when we realised that she was having twins during her 3rd pregnancy, etc.... many others.. I am also lucky that she was able to come to a compromise on most of the "situations", some others, I will have to give in but this is life, it's always give and take in order to maintain a relationship.
