not all iridium plugs can last 100k, it depends on which type of iridium plugs :

example :

IK20 - around 20k ~30k+ because it has a 0.4mm diameter iridium tip & a normal alloy ground or negative electrode (similar to copper plugs)

SK20 - around 80k ~ 100k+ because it has a 0.7mm diameter iridium tip & a platinum coated on normal alloy ground or negative electrode.

above are similar plugs in terms of external specs.

Usually how much does it cost for IK20 and SK20?

IK20 around $60/set while SK20 around $100+ per set but for a long life 100k km plugs, you could try the new Bosch OE iridium, Iriidium + platinum like SK20 but cost around $60/set only.

They wouldn't have the seal, you have to bring the correct stem seal down and they can change it for you but plugs we have, no problem. You would also need to bring a new valve cover gasket as that need to be open up for stem seal change.

Iridium is the worst conductor of electricity. But it gives good mileage

Stock copper spark plugs are the best value for money as they are the next best conductor after silver spark plugs and probably is economically viable to change every 10k (under $20 for 4 cylinders).

hm.. in this case can I say that copper plugs provide more "spark power"?

All or most plugs are copper core, iridium or platinum are just the tip at the centre electrode. The plugs that produced the most concentrated sparks is the one with the smallest centre electrode.

copper plugs usually have 2.5mm copper tip.

iridium from 0.4mm to 0.8mm

platinum from 0.6mm to 1.1mm

Actually about the same when new,it is only Irdium will last longer...some cars esp those modern V6 engine[for my car,you need to remove the throttle body] very difficult to change spark plugs,so long lasting spark plugs is needed.
