Yes. Camera is on 24/7. I was throwing rubbish and happened to glance over the windows and saw blinking red blue lights from the white mazda + 2 policemen.

i always tot they can change the plates anytime in their work.... or is that only in the movies.

Video was from a Mi 1080p IP camera. Photo was from my mobile phone, Samsung Note 10.

they change car quite often, mainly rental cars for TP decoy, not much of an issue.

Saw this car with blinking lights on PIE stopping a lorry this afternoon. It's most likely an unmarked TP car.
