for a start, if you are uncertain who to look for in River View, can always approach Vincent.. He is very friendly one. ^^

in fact, all his staff are also very friendly and helpful. I guess that is how its like working under a great boss.

price is not the matter [lipsrsealed] ... every where also same maybe + - a bit [smash] . most important is the bosses and worker .. like one big family [grouphug] 24 hours service. my car break down 2 time last year at night. one on CHINESE NEW YEAR DAY ONE 11.30pm call the boss say car no battery... from yishun drive down to ang mo kio just to jump start my car with no bill or watever(where to find this kind of service)

2 time car break down due to engine failure stil can drive but must drive very slow if not car wil die.. the boss came down to exchange car with me and he drive my car slowly back his home and the next day slowly back to RIVERVIEW. (Would any workshop boss or worker in the middle of the night drive to your place to help u... mostly will ask you to call TOW TUCK and tow to their workshop and take taxi home)

If anyone thinks i am joking or talking rubbish... riverview still has my data record for my old car. This is why till now i am still sticking there.

I'm driving an old car and need help to repair some electrical faults on my instrument binacle. Are RV good with electronics too? My temp gauge is going completely crazy!!

Went to a couple of workshops who aren't really competent with electronics, once they trace a problem back the ECU, they give up straight away! [:/] So because of all the rave reviews by the bros here in this forum, I am planning to approach RV soon. Hope they're as good as their reputation suggests!

Mechanically though, it's feels fantastic to drive! [drivingcar]

You asked for feeback on the workshop. When people start giving positive feedback, you doubt that they are saying the truth.

What's your problem dude?

Get a life lah, if you even have one in the first place.

There are so many workshops around but I am puzzled why TS is so interested in this workshop. I recall seeing such similar thread in other forums on the same workshop as well, if my memory didnt fail.

jus service 10k with them. suprise they expand further occupying extra workshop on same level and business as good as ever. went there last wed morning 9.30am and all their workshops fullhouse except this new workshop which left 2 slot(no gst charges on this new workshop).

saw lots of luxury cars there too. they even venture into lots of new business beside car servicing now. the boss changed fr mark x to lexus now.

good or no good jus see how their business flourish u'll know. their experience workers are very well paid n taken care of....mayb tats y their charges is a bit more than the rest.

i know he got a few partners, one of his partners is leaving end of the month to set up own WS. he is not happy with the partnership. a few previous partners also left RV, according to him.

its obvious.

really shake head.. people provide positive feedback and experience about the workshop, then all the skeptical comments from forumers who have not visited them before...

seriously, i support Vincent.. Those who are in VOGS will know.. likewise the old birds... =)
