Chickenbackside 1st Gear May 19, 2010 Share May 19, 2010 It's a he? Not a she? It's definitely a "he". But he's a metrosexual. He's got some bling with all the gold accessories and white clothes. I'm gonna zhng him to lessen the bling. Job wor... You are a musician ar?? Curious now, are you somebody we might know? Jay Chou?? ha..hah..ha.. No wonder can eat grass fed beef everyday. Yes, I make music for a living. Not Jay Chou lah. His English not so good, seriously, haha... Strange, people usually think musicians are very poor! When I tell people I produce, arrange and compose music for a living, they always look at me like I'm an alien and wonder what is it that I actually do, haha. When I told my parents I wanted to be a musician at the age of 5, they scolded me and told me not to be crazy and that I'll starve to death.

Chickenbackside 1st Gear May 19, 2010 Share May 19, 2010 Yes, I am indeed extremely fortunate. I don't even consider myself working when I work although sometimes it gets slightly tedious dealing with record companies. But the process itself is nothing but a joy. That's why I always tell people, if you can, find something that you looooooove to do for fun, and try to make it your living. That way, life can be a lot happier. Skunk Clutched May 19, 2010 Share May 19, 2010 I won't say it's wrong...definitely correct....but also because u r fortunate. If humans are left to do their fav jobs, economy will come to a standstill because almost everyone will be doing the jobs that are fun, not necessarily the jobs that are needed by humans....who wants to be a toilet cleaner or grasscutter? Or even an executive or manager? If i can, i want to be a beach bum LOL is there such a job opening hehe anyway, OT OT lol

Chickenbackside 1st Gear May 19, 2010 Share May 19, 2010 (edited) I guess it's a double-edged sword. It's all about perception. Some people would view the work I do and my view on life to be trivial, left field... I have indeed met many like that who trivialize what I do or how I eat or exercise. But, good thing I had a good childhood with loving parents and am quite secure, haha. But yes, I must admit that I am indeed extremely fortunate. To me, I have it better than a beach bum cos I love making music more than bumming on a beach, haha... Edited May 19, 2010 by Chickenbackside

Hamburger Hypersonic May 19, 2010 Share May 19, 2010 allow mi to summarize up: while we advocate the intake of animals fats n drop all forms of carbo, it works jolly well............... , jux check out mi waiste line BUT, if ppl stick to their usual carbo intake, n eat animals fats as well. Tat will spell disater. Reason being eating carbo helps to storre up more fats, esp those animals' fat. which eventually lead to higher cholesterol. pls correct mi if i m wrong
Chickenbackside 1st Gear May 19, 2010 Share May 19, 2010 Yes, that's right. Carbo with fat is the worst thing you can do. You not only increase your cholesterol, you increase the specific VLDL that gets under your arterial walls that kills you. Basically carbo with anything is bad. Chickenbackside 1st Gear May 19, 2010 Share May 19, 2010 Exactly. Think about it logically. If eating fat is lethal for human health, we would've been extinct a long time ago, especially during the ice age where there were zero plants and humans had to eat animals exclusively. Look back into history and look at the correlation between the time when modern diseases like obesity, diabetes and cancer became common. It coincides directly with the advent of agriculture and farming. In other words, it coincided with the time where grains and farmed animals became the norm. Skyangel Neutral Newbie May 19, 2010 Share May 19, 2010 thx for the info bros, have been adapting to this diet now. but i have a few queries. 1) wat r the condiments and seasoning u all used to cook the meat. most sauce eg dark sauce contains grain, isit abit only is fine. 2) the way to cook. deep frying, grilling, microwave, bbq, does it affect the quality of food? since most bros eat and cook 1 or 2 meal a day isit possible some of u show some pics of wat u cook every day. i m sure many here would like to know and try out the recipes themselves (including me) 3) since trying out the diet, beside sliming down, any other symptom appear? example loss or greying of hair, complexion issues, bad breath brown teeth and so on? thx for the help guys!
