Sala boh, Toman got Omega 3? What Skunk sad is true.

Bought some toman meat and belly from ntuc. Toss it in oven for 30 mins and apply lots of butter and pepper and let it settle for another 15 mins. Found it quite good with almost none of that terrifying fishy smell. Finally found another fish alternative to stingrays and tuna/sardines! I too need the omega 3, too much macadamias [laugh]

You bull in a China shop ah? Bang up knee all the time?

Different ways of training, will produce different results, not just lifting weights and be done with it.

Lift 500gs is also lifting weights, but the results it will produce. If your knees hurt, why do HIIT, more stress on the knees.

I'm into swimming as well.......my military dazes had me swimming a lot on one overseas course.

Ok I exaggerated...hahah

I did enjoy my time in the gym but it was getting to a point where I had to do more and more to stay ahead of the curve...

But anytime I bang up my knee and I am back to square one

And the worst thing was that I was not losing weight - just getting bigger the more I trained...

So these days I can just do my HIIT sets and spend the rest of my time in the pool...

Nothing clears my head better than putting swimming laps [:p]

But can't blame me - my parents threw me into the pool as soon as I could walk...hahah

Salmon belly is good, well, any fish belly is yummy.

But seriously, one of the places where I lost a lot of fat is my bum.

Now do sit ups on the floor, my butt is painful

Bull yes - hahah

My knee is "fragile" - if I am careful, it's okay

Proper warm up and stretching is a must...

But once I am careless (more likely lazy), a wrong twist, a sudden jar and hell breaks lose [:(]

Anyway, just did my knee ops, will be another month or so before I can restart my exercises...

As for swimming, you are also part fish mah...hahah

Hmm...which cat is it that likes to swim...Maine Coon? I forgot...hahah

Natural as in they exist naturally, yes. But not naturally part of our diet. Our ancestors ate them only in small amounts, when the hunting was bad.

Don't so situps then do crunches, weighted crunches, hold 5 seconds, down, and up hold again.

The small of the back can be quite painful if you keep rubbing it against the floor, unless you cushion it with a folded towel.

Warm up for sure need to do one, but not in excess also.

Knee now out of action, can do upper body workout mah.

All cats can swim, matter of they want to or not. Just like humans.

My coon boy arriving after Deepavali, Monday, cannot wait. Hamburger already using his picture as

his netbook screen saver. [laugh] Think I have to start charging him royalties for use. [sly]

4th cat, most probably form Japan, a pure persian. [lipsrsealed]

Actually I like to do v-situps, without going all the way down wth my head and heels touching the floor. Is this good to build them 6-packs?

6 pack not built on situps alone lah. Told you many times liow.

Building them bigger also not via situps alone, resistance and weight and rest

and nutrition all play a part also. :D
