Hey bro, anyone know if SCS butter is the same as Anchor brand?

 

I wanted to buy those mini packs, and only manage to find Lurpak and SCS that is available on mini-pack. And Lurpak is so expensive!

Definitely NOT the same. SCS is really pale, which is a sign that the cows ate a bad diet and were pumped with hormones and antibiotics. Even the taste is far away from Anchor.

second time doing sprints in 2 weeks. Went up to 5 X 100m sprint. My next run scheduled on Thursday, will try 6 X 100m sprint then!

 

Decided to up my frequency progressively, since i'm not getting any younger! -_-

That's pretty good progress already. Just make sure you're are indeed working at > 90% intensity.

 

You can switch it up sometimes by halving the distance but doubling the reps.

 

Every once per 4 sessions, I will do 16 x 50m sprints. It's metabolically easier, but no less taxing on your musculature. My butt is still hurting from the 16 x 50m I did on Saturday, which doesn't happen often when I do 8 x 100m.

This type is the worst! Fun once in a while. I can't do metcons like that more than twice a week.

I prefer the salted. Much more yummy for eating it plain.

 

For cooking, unsalted is more applicable as you can control the exact amount of salt in your dish.

 

Always appreciated bro, thanks again for your words. I need to develop a taste for eating butter. Other than eating it raw and using it as oil, how else do you eat it?

Arh cool. I be using it as cooking oil for my eggs. Just a pinch of it will do or the more the better?

i flood the egg with butter to cook it, or deep fry as you may put it ^_^
